  1. I wonder if Nerf even thinks about the world's lefties.

    1. hi five dude, but you will get use to holding the gun with your right hand

    2. I've always found the Raider more comfortable left-handed, except for reloading. I like having the extra weight on the outside, rather than butting into my chest while moving.

And we definitely win when using the 35-round drum with the Stampede.

    3. in a later concept photo it has a blast shield on the right side and a stock, it is a leftie gun.

  2. So Cool!!!!!! When released? I'm confused about August 1st or September 9th 2011.

  3. Is this just a reprint of the raider or is there any other features other then the darts?

25-dart drum magazine and supposedly better performance (and perhaps more accessories)... i guess we will know when it is finally released.

  4. SG Nerf

Can I use your information and pictures for my new blog, Nerf HQ.Link:http://nerffansnerfhq.blogspot.com.au
I read an earlier comment about this same topic and you replied that to link credits to your blog. Does it mean I have to put a link to your blog as well as putting down credits?

    1. deronlim,

Well, the video says "Fall 2012" so if its based on the USA seasons, i guess it should be around September 2012 onwards (some countries might get them earlier though, like with previous model releases).

  6. Would the new "Elite" darts be compatible with older n-strike blasters?

    1. Anonymous,

From preliminary info available, the Elite foam darts, clips and drum magazines will still be compatible with the normal N-Strike blaster models, and vice versa.

    2. My theory is that they designed the darts to have more weight plus more balance (no fish tailing and other related problems) and better accuracy :)

    3. it would also be interesting to see these new blasters modding potential, i think you would be able to get up to 100ft+ after modding these bad boys

  7. is this just a miniature raider.
Also instead of having more assault weapons in the new elite range why didn't they make a new sniper scene it would out do every other sniper they made or at least given one a scope like the rampage a assault sniper rifle

  8. well with guessed direct plunger this thing has, add a shutgun forgrip instead of the pistol grip upfront, tack on a decent stock, such as a modded long strike stock (not hard to fix it to a bracket for the mount) use the old six round clips with the heaver darts or stefens and there's a pretty good blaster in there, just have to have a bit of vision ^_^

  9. In other words, a Raider with a different name -.-

I hope the "better performance" is a big improvement. 'Cuz my Raider wasn't so good after 5 months of using it. The darts jam often and some of the darts just get shot out 3 feet or so... Very embarrassing when I unleash a barrage just to have the darts plop onto the ground :P
