  1. That trailer is so great...it shows absolutely nothing we didn't know already. Thanks Hasbro!

    1. Well, not everybody had worked out that the front handle rotated the magazines yet.

    2. Why make it have this design? The spinning magazines function would be much heavier I suppose. Clips could be put into pockets, but then again this would shorten the re-loading process of extracting the clip and inserting a new one... Hopefully, it won't jam.

  3. I think the top handle moves or slides to rotate the clips, (ideas?) The orange piece above the handle looks like a battery door. i bet thats where they go.

    1. well maybe you're correct as the handle is labeled as "Advance Handle" and the orange piece at the back seems that it only accepts AA Batteries

  6. Not interested at all... All I want is an elite longstrike. That would be sweet.

  7. This thing is absolutly ridiculous. All I want is a elite Vulcan or longstrike.

    1. This is pretty much an elite vulcan but I agree when you say elite longstrike

  8. That gun looks insane, it will probably cost about almost a hundred dollars, though, including battery cost.

  9. Hello I currently have a problem with my iron man 425 magstrike. It just wont shoot and let out some air sound and I can feel it coming out from the trigger.Does anyone knows what's the problem?

    1. Anonymous,

The good news is you've probably found the cause... but the bad news is trigger leaks are tough to fix, so the alternative is to replace it with a new trigger, or just get a new Magstrike unit.

    2. Oh so it's literally not repairable?

    3. Anonymous,

I guess you could try sawing open the trigger valve casing, see if you can troubleshoot and fix the leak, then glue the valve casing together again. I've not seen anyone successfully do that before though, but you could give it a try.

    1. nerfsniper,

You could check at dept stores like OG at Orchard Point, the Nerf Tactical Vest sets were still spotted there recently.

  12. Guys, the advance handle theory is similar to the assault grip. is the name deceiving you again?
there are no screws visible on the handle to allow batteries.
If you look closely at the "advance handle" snapshot, you will see that the handle can only be adjusted to 2 locations on the black piece below it. The handle looks cylindrical and smooth, nothing hiding a black button allowing you to rotate the clips.
by the way, i have contacted wind-designs.com so that they can verify the descriptions on their website. Those don't seem like they are up to date.

  13. "advance" clearly refers to magazine advance, and you can see it slides back and forth to actuate it.

  14. i have my fingers crossed the elite guns accept multiple types of darts ..

  15. The carrousel cover looks removable. What are the chances of simply stripping that part of the gun and using 1-2 clips? (The two opposite each other)
putting the bipod on the front rail and running a 35 drum might make this a viable heavy support weapon.

    1. Anonymous,

Most of the local modders order their TrustFire batteries from Dealextreme.com.

But you could also check at Black-Tactical shop in Funan IT Mall, they have various brands of Li-Ion batteries and chargers, so just ask them to recommend you the suitable ones for modding tasks.

Alternatively, you can also check the trading section at the NerfSG forum, there are some modders there with spare TrustFire batteries available for sale too.

  18. I think we all would have rathered a 100 round spiral drum mag than this stupid blaster.

Even if they made this gun have a massive mag that is still clip system but requires a latch to hold onto the heavyness of it that only this gun had would have been better.

THis thing is stupid.. requiring 2 hands to operate a flywheel blaster every 18 rounds x8 or 35 rounds x2 is not cool...

We want better spiral design drums!! 35 is not enough!... sure with flywheel a 35 drum can fix 2-3 steffans so u can "burst" fire.. but COME ON! new DRUM mags neRF!
