For both Nerf and Transformers fans...
Check out the Nerf Barricade "SDCC 2011 Transformers Edition" blaster!
It was launched during the San Diego Comic-Con 2011 (SDCC) on 21-24 July 2011, and thereafter available on sale at the hasbrotoyshop.com website.
This model is based on the Nerf Barricade but its casing has been re-skinned with incredibly detailed Optimus Prime comic book style graphics.
This is the ultimate Nerf + Transformers collectable!

... and just a side note. :)
ive used a regular barricade and it was good exept it jammed alot but ill still get one.
ReplyDeletePretty neat, though not mad about the comic art... would have actually preferred just a red and blue "Optimus Prime" colour scheme with the Autobot logo. They should have done this tie-in with a Deploy since it was Transformers, though!
ReplyDeletePersonally I would get the normal version, but the pictures are pretty cool.

ReplyDeletei think i'm forgetting something, but did the original barricade have the texture on the grip? (aside from the word "autobot", which obviously did not originally exist)
ReplyDeleteDann The Mann,
ReplyDeleteYes, the original Nerf Barricade also had the textured grip.

It almost seems like the Barricade was made just for them to experiment on with different paintjobs. There are way to many anyway in my opinion. Nerf's time would be much better spent on something other than repaints.
