ReplyDeleteHi there SGNerf, I wanna ask if the foam darts for the clip system can be used for the Maverick?
ReplyDeletenivek99,
ReplyDeleteYes, streamline foam darts can be used in the Maverick.
Guys, just wanna let everyone know that the Whiteout Maverick is lighter than the normal Yellow Maverick. Only found out last sat when a fellow NerfSG member confirmed it. I have compared the 2 in each hand and the Whiteout version feels slightly lighter than the normal one.
ReplyDeleteare they going to make a white out alpha tropper
ReplyDeleteplz respond asap.
thank you
nerfnatter,
ReplyDeleteNo news of that so far.
Is there any bad things about the new whiteout series?
ReplyDeleteThe Elite Nerf Lord,
ReplyDeleteThey are exactly the same as the standard Nerf blasters, just in a different colour scheme.
The Whiteouts seem to be made of a lighter plastic than the regular guns - this might not be a good thing if you're looking for something which feels solid in your hands. I got a Whiteout Deploy and it feels really light, making the imbalance due to the batteries stuck in the front even more obvious. Whiteout guns also tend to fire a bit louder (not sure if it means further) - maybe there are some modifications done to the barrel which make them fire with a CRACK rather than a THUNG. I know my son's normal Recon is has a nice and soft springy sound to it, while my Whiteout Deploy feels like it's going to break every time I fire it. Maybe I just got a dud version - I have half a mind to buy a regular Deploy cheap and swap the internals over.
ReplyDeleteThe Maverick looks really tempting though - that's one gun which I won't mind having a bit lighter!
Awesome i saw it in New Zealand in the ware house
ReplyDeleteis this still available in SG? thanks
ReplyDeletemarvin,
DeleteI've not seen them in local dept stores for quite a while already, seems they have all been sold out.
