  1. the dude on the rampage box is wearing a vest, and if you look close there are 2 new blasters there too, looks like maybe an elite jolt and another direct plunger blaster.

would i be right in guessing the elite rayven and the stryfe pictured are the elite variants of the 2 current flywheel blasters?

Actually Logan, the guy who is holding the Rampage is holding the Nerf Elite Firestrike (or an Elite Nite-finder), it just looks a bit different due to some aesthetic changes and the angle it's given. As for the new Elite Jolt you're talking about it's the Elite Triad EX-3.

    2. @ Logan, you're not up-to-date! The elite-Barricade is the already released "NERF Elite Stockade" http://bit.ly/SYNPNf and the elite-Jolt is the already leaked "NERF Elite Triad" http://bit.ly/RLNm3M !

    3. Is it me, or does the Stryfe look like the front attachment gun of the Longshot with some Barricade parts and internals with the clip mod? Gosh darn it, Nerf, have some creativity in your works. Try making a pump-action looking shotgun, , or if you're really gonna re-make everything, at least start re-making the stampede or vulcan.

    4. The Rayven is the Rayven. But the Stryfe is an all-new, clip-fed semi-auto, not an Elite Barricade (that one's already out in some countries, it's called the Stockade). We've heard rumors of the Stryfe in a couple articles, but nothing definite until now... I just hope they give it ambidextrous controls this time. :D

  2. the two blasters in question are the triad and the fire strike (elite jolt and elite nitefinder)

  3. OMG I can't believe it, a elite rayven, sweet mother of and a clip feed barricade. thats cool but what is the point of the barricade clip feed with the stockade and a elite rayven?

  4. Looks like the Stryfe might be a clip-fed version of a Barricade. That clip looks wayyyy too long for it though XD

An Elite Rayven eh...? I hope it's got improvements instead of just a repaint @_@

  5. stryfe looks mad cool but i wonder if its flywheels will be as big as the photon storms

  6. I see the Stryfe is magazine-fed. Hoping it's not flywheel.

  7. I think the Stryfe has a possibility of being a blaster with snapfire 8 mechanism.

    1. Man, I hope you're right. I'm seeing a battery case and an acceleration trigger though.

    2. That would be beyond awesome if that is true

    3. Wouldn't it require some way to chamber the dart, though? Snapfire 8's mechanism just sent the air directly into one of the barrels.

  8. I do not think the Stryfe will be like the snapfire 8, because we see a "second trigger" there, for spinning up flywheels (that is what that second trigger has been in every other gun with one). I get the feeling it is the "replacement" for the stampede, though an elite Stampede would rock.

  9. Are these just re-skins/re-colorings? Will there be any difference between my Rayven and an 'elite' rayven other than swapping ugly gun color and nice clip colors for nice gun colors and ugly clip colors?

    1. ThorsMitersaw,

So far, the only details currently available is just sourced from the back of the pack in the above photos... no actual announced or tested performance data yet, so we'll just have to keep a look out for more info popping up soon. :)

  10. The Stryfe looks like a Hailfire without the ammo carousel and has a stock connector.

  12. Looks like the Strife is more a Flywheel equivalent of the Recon...

A nice simple design with(If you look closely) a connection for barrel extensions, a stock connector on the back, and a top rail...

    1. The StrYfe has
      Recon combo possibility
      Rayven clip style
      Nitron acceleration trigger
      Barricade Jam door
      Elite paint job

ITS MY ALL TIME FAVE BLASTER EVER AND I HAVENT EVEN GOT IT YET! FORGET ABOUT RAYVENS THIS ONE IS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2. Okay. Okay... StrYfe. XD
I agree. As much as I love the Rayven. This little jem is gonna be a must have.

The art leads me to think that it'll be pretty basic since it shows no accesories while the Retaliator is fully decked out. This just leaves the question of the clip... And this could be a big question based on some of the unique clips we've seen. Could it be one of the standard sized straight clips, a new or already existing drum, or maybe something we haven't even thought of?

But I'm leaning to say that it'll probably have a basic straight clip of some kind to keep the attention on the blaster itself...

    3. Something I just noticed...
It looks like it has two rails. The mentioned top rail, and a bottom one below the barrel. 0w0

  14. If you look extremely closely at the box, it says Copyright 2012. Since the blasters released in 2012 say copyright 2011, this means that this will be out next year, and the other two unreleased blasters will be too!
