Kids grow up so fast these days!

Something interesting...

Spotted a 2009 Nerf Recon box sitting right next to the newer 2011 Nerf Recon box.


The pre-teen kid on the left has transformed into the beefy college dude on the right.

I guess this photo nicely encapsulates the shift in Nerf's target customer demographics! :)

  10. is it true that a recon made in 2011 is better than a recon made in 2009, in terms of range, weight, etc?

      From the units that i've tested, the quality and mechanics of both batches are the same.

      I have none and they are not available at dept stores in Singapore anymore, so i guess you'll just have to order them from overseas or online stores.
