It's about time they came up with new Dart Tag blasters! XD
ReplyDeleteWhen will it reach retail stores???
ReplyDeleteVery interesting! In the back of the Speedloader 6 picture on the left I think I see the Rapid 20 that Kevinericon posted a while ago. Very intrigued into how these work. Interior clip system for whistlers? Very, very cool.
ReplyDeleteHmm. Looks kinda interesting. I'm guessing you don't know how they work? I'd guess, since they said the clip is integral, you load them into the bottom of the clip or something. Even though the bottom one is VERY obviously a Raider reshell, I say they'd be worth checking out at least.
ReplyDeleteI also just noticed, if you look closely in the background of the Speedload 6, it looks like the guy on the left might have the Dart Tag 20...
ReplyDeletelooks pretty sick. however like shadesbane said, it looks like almost entirely a raider reshell. but the backwards banana clips looks pretty sick, plus it finally fires the dart tag darts :D personally if they can do a reversed banana clip, why the heck can't they do a normal one for clip system n-strike ones?! I would kill for some 12-shot banana clips, 18 would be cool too for a banana clip, it'd be like extended magazine, like in black ops :P looking somewhat forward to seein it in stores...
ReplyDeletewould the banana mag work with clip system darts or in clip system guns?
ReplyDeleteIt's because of the darts themselves. If you stack the darts on top of one another, the streamlines will be in a straight line. On the other hand, the whistlers and taggers would form a backwards banana shape.
ReplyDeleteIf the speedload 6 has an on-the-go loading system (where you don't have to pop out a clip or barrel), it'd be ideal for a HvZ match. Most dart tag guns fall short of the clip system guns during a skirmish though..
ReplyDeleteBANANA CLIP!
ReplyDeleteHey, the Quick 16 looks like a yellow-modded Raidar.
ReplyDeleteya the backwards banana clip is used because the tips of the dart tag darts touch eachother and the end goes towards the middle of the back so it makes sense and it cant work with the clip darts because they ar flat
ReplyDeleteThe only reason it is a banana clip is because it fires taggers. It would have to be curved due to the larger head. If you have a few laying around, lay them out next to eachother with the heads and tails touching and you will see. So I dont think they will be able to make a streamline clip just yet.
ReplyDeletedo you know how the speedload 6 works like clip or single loading, plunger reverse plunger etc same for the other gun
ReplyDeleteWe're counting on you for internals once you get your hands on them, SG Nerf! (especially streamline conversions for casual games)
ReplyDelete(Anyone looking for how they work should check Urban Taggers for now)
The "Dart Tag 20" has a confirmed name, it is called the Swarmfire.
ReplyDeleteBoth guns have a slot to load the darts on the other side.
ReplyDeleteDoes the banana clip fit in CS blasters?
ReplyDeleteBilly,
ReplyDeleteThe reverse banana clips on these new dart tag blasters are not removable, they are part of the casing.
Do you know when they will reach stores or where to find information on when they will reach stores?
ReplyDeleteDaniel,
ReplyDeleteNo news of local stock availability yet, but once they pop up at local dept stores in Singapore, i'll post up the info. :)
