The upcoming new Nerf N-Strike Longstrike CS-6 has now appeared in the latest Nerf brochure!
From info on the brochure, the Longstrike is scheduled to be in stores Spring 2010.
At the moment, I've not found any further information on this upcoming new model yet, but with the stated indicative launch period within the next few months, i guess we'll all just need to keep a lookout for the eventual appearance of more detailed photos, confirmed specifications and stock avaliability of the Nerf N-Strike Longstrike CS-6.

Awesome! Great find, man. If anything it looks reminiscent of the "Red Shift" that was being tossed about after the first N-strike game. I'll let you know if I hear anything from my end, for sure.
ReplyDeleteSo awesome! Will these be available in the UK? Because the Longshot, Recon and Raider only started selling here a couple of months ago.
ReplyDeletecool man!!!Iwill buy that gun when it will be out
ReplyDeletethat kind of looks like the nerf redshift from the nerf n-strike video game
ReplyDeleteLOLX! ITS SO GOOD LOOKING! any idea how much sgd it cost?
ReplyDeletewhere do u get nerf brochures from?
ReplyDeleteNo official pricing info from Nerf yet. We'll have to keep a lookout for more details on it.
ReplyDeleteBtw, i found these new brochures packaged inside the latest shipment of Nite Finder boxes from local dept stores in Singapore. :)
It looks to be a very promising gun. I hope it lives up to the full potential the Longshot could have but did not fulfill.
ReplyDeleteEven if it is a reshelled Recon or Longshot, it's a slick design and I've grown fond of the clip system for ammo. It appears to have ammo storage for two 6-shot Clips in the stock as well!
ReplyDeleteis the nerf element avaliable in SG?
ReplyDeleteYup, the Nerf Element EX-6 have currently been spotted at Toys R Us stores in SG. :)
ReplyDeleteCheck the "Singapore Nerf Stock List" page for more info.
Just a random question: have you guys managed to make your own stefans or converted any of your stock darts into one?
ReplyDeleteYup, we have made and tested various stefan and converted foam dart designs.
ReplyDeleteThough we make sure that the stefans or converted foam darts that are eventually used in Nerf games must be generally safe (ie. no metal or sharp tips, cannot cause injury etc). :)
should i wait for it to be in SG to buy it or buy the longshot now?
ReplyDeleteWell, the Longstrike has not been launched yet, so i can't do a proper comparison or comment on any of its features at the moment.
ReplyDeleteBut what i can highlight is that the Longshot is currently readily avaliable in stores now and its proven to be a very popular model amongst many local players during Nerf games. :)
i cant wait to get that, and it looks like the barrel is detachable
ReplyDeleteBy the way it looks the clip is longer, I'm not saying that there will be a larger ammo cap, but there might be a chance for nerf dart shells like bullet shells.
ReplyDeleteIt would be something fresh for the franchise, not to mention it would also save us money on chewed up streamline darts.
Cool! This with a Raider drum = Epic win! now to wait about 4-6 months for Spring to come.
ReplyDeletei would like that that gun will be in all walmart of canada
ReplyDeleteare there two slip storage spaces (one on each side of the stock) or am i seeing things?
ReplyDeletethe externals look amazing
ReplyDeleteits good to know that hasbro finally learned how to make stocks....
with the barrel extension off, the
ReplyDeletelongstrike kind of looks like a
modded x-bow no?
This can be seen at the Toys R Us Website, but spelled as Nerf N-Strike Longstike CS-6
ReplyDeletelook at the toys r us website they have it up but it is out of stock
ReplyDeleteThis is commander Blade from the Blazingguns team. I have seen this gun.
ReplyDeleteIt looks cool, I was wondering if Fox saw it. Anyway, awesome gun!
Commander blade-
there is a nerf n strike longstrike on ebay look for it
ReplyDeleteNerf N-Strike Deploy CS-6 Blaster Toy EXCLUSIVE
ReplyDeleteif you type this in ebay you will find it it is a relay good gun that has not even hit the shelvs yet
My uncle works in research and development at nerf and Ive tried the gun it works great. you can see me in the recent commercial for nerf he gives me alot of fun stuff to test out.
ReplyDeleteI just got my hands on this today. Really good accuracy and range. Plus, it holds two extra clips on the stock. I bought it up here in Canada so maybe we got it early??
ReplyDeleteI have it and i like its accuracy. The extended barrel gives accuracy at a different range according to the sights. If you are shooting at small things at a range of 15 feet i take the extension off. for defense i use the extension because it gives the shot a different angle. I prefer my longshot for long ranges. PM me and watch my video on youtube if you are wondering anything about it. I suggest that if you have a longshot or a recon to not get this. The icarus hm7 or the deploy are better.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait til' the Longstrike CS-6 comes out! I was thinking about buying the Longshot but as soon as I saw this bad boy coming out, I thought screw the Longshot. Please contact me on my e-mail: coolca23@hotmail.com if any solid relaese date is announced. (On Wikipedia it says the 14th February is the release date, not sure if it's true) Thanks.
